most out of your body whilst racing, then this is the
option for you! With this option, we will analyse your
current and past race nutrition habits and give you

you can try to improve your performance. This option
is best undertaken whilst you still have time to practice
the new ideas in training so get organised and talk
to us before you hit the start line!
