Combining both 'General Endurance Nutrition' and 'Endurance Race Nutrition' options (see below for more details). This is an excellent option if you think your general nutrition could use a bit of work and are looking for a little more guidance on your race nutrition.

Looking at your everyday eating habits is a great way to start to get the most out of your body. Training and recovery is not enough to ensure optimal performance - get your nutrition right and your body will thank you for it by improved speed, stamina and recovery. With this option, we will undertake a detailed analysis of your current and past nutrition habits and provide you with recommendations for improvement and a personalised action plan.

Race Nutrition

If you think you have your general nutrition sorted and want to get some insight and ideas on how to get the most out of your body whilst racing, then this is the option for you! With this option, we will analyse your current and past race nutrition habits and give you a detailed plan on the different types of foods / fluids you can try to improve your performance. This option is best undertaken whilst you still have time to practice the new ideas in training so get organised and talk to us before you hit the start line!
